Idlewild Kennels is located near the small community of Swisher, Iowa, half way between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. Our puppies are raised as part of the family with lots of T.L.C. With both parents on site. They are socialized with children and other pets.
We believe that a home is not complete with out a dog. All children should know the love and commitment of having the best friend they will ever know. And what better way to protect your house and family!
Our goal is to breed healthy, well adjusted puppies and to place all our puppies in kind loving homes!

We are dedicated to the health, and well being our dogs and puppies. All our puppies receive a vet check, vaccinations and are wormed at two, four and six weeks.
Sales Policy
Show/Breed Quality Puppies will be sold with Limited and Unlimited Registrations.
Pet quality puppies will be sold only with limited registration.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
All deliveries are F.A.S. *
All sales are final, no refunds will be offered other than as stated in our Health guarantee.
