Measure the ear length, the tampon should be longer than the ear so that the tip does not extend beyond the end.

Wrap the tampon with the sticky side of the tape out. insert the tape wrapped tampon in to the ear till it hits the stop.

wrap the base of the ear keeping the natural fold of the ear intact.

wrap the middle and the tip of the ear making sure it is not too tight!

this wrap stays on for 4 or five days. if it gets wet change it immediately as moisture will cause bacteria and infection. you can leave the ears down till they start to droop, then you must put them back up again.

you can take a piece of tape and tape the two ears together over the top of the head in their natural position.
